Q. How do I register?
A. Click here to register.

Q. What is the cost to register?
A. Buyers (Retail buyer, Wholesaler, Distributor, Importer/Exporter) do not pay a fee to attend. There is a fee of $295 for Suppliers and Industry Members.

Q. Can I bring my spouse/guest?
A. A registered buyer can bring a spouse or guests. Children, employees and industry members are not considered guests and must complete their own registration to attend. Guests must register on-site in the presence of the registered buyer.

Q. Can I bring a business associate or employee?
A. Business associates and employees must register themselves and provide the appropriate business credentials indicating employment in the industry.

Q. I would like to register several of my employees. How do I register them?
A. Each person must register and provide appropriate business credentials. They can register by clicking here.

Q. Which business credentials are required?
A. You are required to submit two forms of credentials, including a printed business card with your name and the store's name AND a copy of a current vendor invoice showing you have purchased footwear and/or accessories. Upon completion of your registration, you will receive specific instructions for requirements and submission.

Q. I am in the process of opening a new store and do not have the business credentials you require. What do I do?
A. You may be able to attend if you have leased/purchased real estate, have applied for your business license or have purchased footwear or accessories. You may be required to submit an official Letter of Intent from your attorney. Upon completion of your registration application, you will be instructed to submit your credentials for review.

Q. I just faxed my registration/business credentials and want to know if you have received it.
A. Please allow 5 business days for processing/review of your credentials. You will receive a response via email (or fax if no valid email was provided).

Q. I have attended ENKWSA in the past, but cannot locate my name online when trying to register.
A. Be sure that you are entering your name exactly as you registered in the past (ie nicknames, initials, etc.). Try entering your name various ways. If you are still unable to locate your name do not complete a new registration. Please email [email protected] include your name, company and address information and we will attempt to locate your previous registration. Please allow 2 business days for review.

Q. I registered but cannot attend. Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
A. Registration is not transferable. Each registrant must complete a registration and submit credentials.

Q. Is the registration fee refundable?
A. Refunds will be considered until January 7, 2012. Submit your request to [email protected]. Please allow 3 weeks after the show for processing. A 50% processing fee applies.

Q. I am an exhibitor and need my username and password.
A.  If you do not know your username and password, the contact person for your booth can email [email protected].

Q. How do I obtain an invitation letter in order to get my Visa to enter the United States?
A. Only individuals registered and approved to attend ENKWSA can request a letter of invitation. Approved registrants will receive a confirmation letter with a link that allows the registrant to request a letter of invitation.
