Thank You for Being a Part of WSA
Thank you for participating in the WSA Show for February 2006. We're excited to report that we again saw an increase in exhibitors and buyers over the August 2005 show, marking a significant 12% increase in exhibitor space (based on net square footage) and a 7% increase in registrants. With each year our show increases its industry presence, providing greater value to buyers who attend � and becoming progressively more attractive to those who have yet to come.
The WSA continues to be committed to making the show more attractive to buyers. Future plans include presentations by important designers, expanded educational sessions, improvements in food quality and service, and upscaling the overall look and feel of the show. There are also plans to bring the entire show under one roof. In August 2007 (and each subsequent August), the entire WSA Show will conveniently be held in the Las Vegas Convention Center. The February show will remain in two venues for the foreseeable future because of the high demand for convention space during the first quarter of the year.
The WSA Show Moves Back to Mandalay Bay and Sands Expo
After a brief stint at the Las Vegas Convention Center's South Hall, the women's, children's, junior's, contemporary, jobber, multi-category and handbag & accessory exhibitors will be back at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center for our next show (August 1-4, 2006). Mandalay Bay offers outstanding trade show facilities, elegant meeting rooms, and two beautiful hotels on the same property.
Not all exhibitors will be moving in August, however. Exhibitors that were in Sands Expo will continue to exhibit there, and those participating in The Collections at WSA will once again find their home in The Venetian Resort Hotel.
To assist exhibitors, we will be posting floor plans for the August 2006 WSA Show, in the next several weeks.
Time Is Running Out!
If you have not yet sent in your contract for the WSA Show August 2006, don't delay. August may be months away, but already the show is nearing full capacity. Click here for an August 2006 Contract (pdf).
Space assignments for the WSA Show February 2007 have already begun, and the deadline for renewals was 3/3/06. Send in your contract now for the best possible space assignment for next February. Click here for a February 2007 Contract (pdf).
Exhibitor Newsletter
The WSA will continue to publish an e-mail newsletter each month for exhibitors participating in the WSA show. This newsletter is intended to keep you up-to-date on the next WSA Show, remind you of deadlines, and provide important information that will help you save money and time. Please take a few minutes to read the newsletter each month, as we plan to provide you with only the most essential details to make your show experience a great one. Exhibitor Survey
As we endeavor to improve the show, we are asking exhibitors to give us feedback in the form of a quick and simple survey. Formatted in a PDF file, the survey can be easily filled in using your mouse and keyboard. Once you have completed the two-page form, it can be returned by e-mail or printed out and sent via fax.
