Term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Regular members of WSA automatically qualify for enrollment in our insurance benefits program at no additional charge. Your insurance will take effect on the first day of the month following issue of your WSA membership.
To enroll, please complete the form mailed with your membership card and return to the WSA office as soon as possible. You will be covered for $20,000 of Term Life and $15,000 of Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance at absolutely no cost. Coverage is terminated upon lapse of WSA membership. Please advise in writing if you request a change in your beneficiary.

In addition, the companies/brands listed on the membership form are printed in the directory with the company's corporate address, phone & fax numbers. Requests to change this information must be received in writing, 60 days prior to show dates. Information listed on the exhibit application is printed in the Show Guide and is not included in the Directory.

The attendance list for the most recent WSA Show is available in a self-running database on CD-ROM for both Windows and Mac 60 days after the close of the show. WSA members may order a copy by sending an email to: [email protected]. One copy per member.
