NEW APPLICANT
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF WAITING LIST

Due to extreme space limitations, we are unable to guarantee exhibit space to new applicants, or to those returning exhibitors who did not participate in the most current show. Their applications will be placed on a waiting list and will be processed only in the event of available space.

Applicants on the waiting list may inquire the status of their request after assignment of our returning exhibitors has been completed, approximately 30 days following the application deadline.

New exhibitors may apply for a maximum of 200 sq.ft. (10X20 booth) and may not be allocated space within their product category.

Complete this form and return to WSA with your contract application. If we are unable to accommodate your request for booth space, your contract and payment will be returned to you after the date indicated by you hereunder.
