Not Familiar with How to Download ?
Here are some Step-by-Step Instructions
to print and follow

Downloading WSA Forms after Acrobat installed is on your system

Microsoft Internet Explorer users:
Click on the form you wish to download.
{For instruction purposes we are downloading the "Additional Badge Request Form".} A pop up box will appear with two options.

• Run program from its current location
• Save this program to disk

Choose "Save this program to disk"
Click O.K.
Click Save
Your save as box will appear with the form name "badge.exe" or "badge" without the .exe depending on your operating system. Either is o.k.

NOTE: The "save as" box will save to the last place that you saved a download file to. You may choose to save it in the same place or choose the program default to save the file to your desktop (where all the program icons are that you have on your computer) If you choose to save it elsewhere, however, you need to remember where you save it. For our purposes we will save to the default, on our desktop. Again, please note the name of the file badge.exe or badge

Minimize all programs you are in to get to your desktop.
On your desktop you will see an icon with file name: badge.exe or badge
Double Click on the icon
A WSA box will pop up giving you the file name
Click O.K.
if Acrobat is not iinstalled on your computer this will not work
A WinZip Self Extract Box will appear

NOTE: The default for the WinZip file is to save to a folder entitled "WSAforms" on your "C" drive. If you wish to save your file elsewhere, please indicate so. Otherwise, for our purposes we will continue to use the default save to the "C" drive.

Click on UnZip
You will get a prompt stating your file(s) unzipped successfully!
Click O.K.
Select Close to exit out of the Box
Notice the desktop still shows the program file badge.exe. You may wish to delete it at this time or keep on your desktop for later.
To delete the badge.exe icon
{Place your mouse over icon and right click your mouse}
Choose Delete
NEXT GO TO WINDOWS FILE EXPLORER to view all of your directory files. Under your "C" drive, scroll down until you see "WSAforms". Under this directory double click the red "pdf" icon of the file
(named badge in this example)
Acrobat program will open and run
(this may take a few seconds)
Then your file will appear on the screen
Choose the printer icon to print out your document to your printer
Close the box when finished

NOTE: Remember the program file will remain on your desktop (or other location you choose) until you delete it.

If you need further assistance, please contact the WSA webmaster.
