How do you create your "perfect order?" This comprehensive seminar looks at what both retailers and vendors can do to achieve perfect order: on-time deliveries, complete orders, damage free goods and correct documentation.

The program consists of three sessions that follow an overview of Trading Partners Collaboration (TPC). The introduction explains how each of the TPC divisions connects manufacturers and retailers to define and create solutions that enhance trading partner profitability. Featured speakers will be Mark Jones and Kim Zablocky, co-managing directors of TPC.

A discussion of the different retailer's business process elements, including meeting order fulfillment specifications, understanding EDI requirements, floor ready procedures, order fill rate measures and meeting their transportation. A Q&A; session will follow.
